摘要
颈动脉硬化斑块,尤其颈部不稳定斑块,是引起急性脑血管事件的重要原因,故判断颈动脉斑块的稳定性对于急性脑卒中患者的诊断、治疗、预后至关重要。新生血管的形成作为评价不稳定斑块的重要指标,是目前研究的热点,而超微血流成像(superb micro-vascular imaging,SMI)技术是近年来用于检测微小血管血流的新技术,可敏感地捕捉低速血流,作为一种有效、便捷、无创的评价斑块内新生血管的方法,为临床评估斑块易损性开辟了一条新的途径。
Carotid atherosclerotic plaque,especially unstable plaque in the carotid,is an important cause of acute cerebrovascular events,so it is very important to judge the stability of carotid atherosclerotic plaque for the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of patients with acute stroke.As an important index to evaluate unstable plaques,the formation of neovascularization is a hot spot of current research.In recent years,superb micro-vascular imaging is a new technology to detect the blood flow of microvessel,which can sensitively capture the low-speed blood flow.As an effective,convenient and noninvasive method to evaluate the neovascularization in plaque,it opens a new way for clinical assessment of plaque vulnerability.
