摘要
扩散加权成像(diffusion weighted imaging,DWI)为单指数模型,其信号衰减同时受真性水分子扩散及微血管灌注的影响,并不能反映真实弥散,体素内不相干运动(in intravoxel incoherent motion,IVIM)基于双指数数学模型同时反映水分子真实弥散及微灌注,更全面、精确的反映肿瘤组织微观结构的复杂性,已成为近年来功能MRI研究的热点。笔者主要就IVIM在各系统肿瘤中的应用进展进行综述。
Diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI)is a single-exponential model,and its signal attenuation is affected by the diffusion of true water molecules and the perfusion of microvessel.IVIM,based on the two-index mathematical model,reflects the real dispersion and micro-perfusion of water molecules,and more comprehensively and accurately reflects the complexity of the microstructure of the tumor tissue,and has become the hot spot of functional MRI in recent years.In this paper,the application progress of IVIM in various system tumors is reviewed.
