摘要
针对目前煤场堆取煤设备的两种主要方式,研究和分析其存在的一些缺点和不足。设计研发了一种新型双桥门式斗轮堆取料机。通过对几种方案的优化对比,最终确定选用配套双桥式全自动斗轮设备,其主要组成部分都为目前成熟技术,制造及安装比较简单,易于实现系统自动化。
Aiming at the two main ways of coal stacking and fetching equipment in coal yard,some shortcomings and shortcomings are studied and analyzed.A new type of double bridge portal bucket wheel stacker reclaimer is designed and developed.Through the optimization and comparison of several schemes,it is finally determined to select the matching double bridge type full-automatic bucket wheel equipment,and its main components are currently mature technology,which is relatively simple to manufacture and install and easy to realize system automation.
