电气自动化控制设备故障预防与检修技术探析

近年来,随着我国社会经济的快速发展以及科学技术水平的不断进步,自动化电气设备开始广泛应用于人们日常生活与工作中的各个领域,而电气自动化控制设备的使用不仅提升了企业的生产效率,还降低企业的投入成本。但自动化设备属于机械设备元件的范畴中,在实际运行的过程中常常会产生各种故障,从而影响企业的经济效益。因此企业在应用自动化控制设备的过程中应对故障畸形进行预防,并提高检修技术水平,从而提高自动化控制设备的使用效率。文章研究了电气自动化控制设备故障预防与检修技术。

In recent years,with the rapid development of social economy and the continuous progress of science and technology level in China,automatic electrical equipment has been widely used in people's daily life and work in various fields,and the use of electrical automation control equipment not only improves the production efficiency of enterprises,but also reduces the investment cost of enterprises.But automation equipment belongs to the category of mechanical equipment components,and there are often various failures in the actual operation process,which affects the economic benefits of enterprises.Therefore,enterprises in the application of automatic control equipment in the process of fault deformity prevention,and improve the technical level of maintenance,so as to improve the use efficiency of automatic control equipment.This paper studies the fault prevention and maintenance technology of electrical automatic control equipment.
