摘要
用不同颜色的粘胶面料边角料为原料,溶解后纺丝.所用溶剂体系为DMAc/LiCl体系,纺丝方法为湿法纺丝制备一系列彩色长丝.对彩色粘胶面料溶解性能,再生长丝形貌,力学性能进行了测试.废旧彩色粘胶面料具有较好的溶解性,经过湿法纺丝制备的再生彩色长丝保留面料原来的颜色,长丝形貌较均匀,内部结构较好,同时相比于普通服用粘胶,其力学性能有所改善.
Different colors of viscose fabric scraps were used as raw materials to spin after being dissolved.The solvent system was DMAC/LiCl,and the spinning method was wet spinning to prepare a series of colored filaments.The dissolution property,regenerated filament morphology and mechanical properties of color viscose fabric were tested.The recycled colored filament prepared by wet spinning retains the original color of the fabric.The filament morphology is quite uniform and the internal structure is good.Meanwhile,compared with ordinary viscose,its mechanical properties are improved.
