摘要
基于池州市城市道路、公园绿地、河流湖泊等矢量地图现状数据库及《池州市城市绿地系统规划修编(2014-2030)》,运用ArcGIS网络分析工具对现状和规划的公园绿地进行空间可达性评价分析,得出池州市主城区现状和规划中不同类型的公园绿地在各个时间段(5、15、30、60min)内的可达性服务范围图,绿地分布及服务水平较为合理,且大多数公园绿地与周边居民点分布紧凑并可达性较好,现状公园步行30-60min的可达范围占比最大,步行60min内不可抵达的区域较小,从空间分布来看,清溪街道现状公园绿地可达性较差,规划的绿地公园主要分布于清溪街道,弥补了公园空缺问题。同时针对可达性欠佳的部分绿地建设提出了相应的优化建议,如增加绿地入口、开发小型绿地、合理规划路网、完善绿地系统等,为进一步提升池州市主城区公园绿地的价值服务提供有效参考。
Based on the vector map database of Chizhou City Road,park green space,river and lake,and the revision of Chizhou City Green Space System Planning(2014-2030),this paper uses ArcGIS network analysis tool to evaluate and analyze the spatial accessibility of the current situation and planned park green space,and draws the conclusion that the current situation and different types of park green space in the main urban area of Chizhou City in each time period(5 According to the accessibility service scope map within 30,15,30 and 60 minutes),the green space distribution and service level are more reasonable,and most of the park green space and the surrounding residential areas are compact and have better accessibility.The accessibility range of the current park within 30-60 minutes walking accounts for the largest proportion,and the inaccessible area within 60 minutes walking is small.From the spatial distribution,the accessibility of the current park green space of Qingxi Street is poor,and the planning is not reasonable Most of the green space parks are located in Qingxi Street,which can solve the problem of poor accessibility.At the same time,the paper puts forward corresponding optimization suggestions for some green space construction with poor accessibility,such as increasing green space entrance,developing small green space,reasonably planning road network,improving green space system,etc.,so as to provide effective reference for further improving the value service of park green space in the main urban area of Chizhou City.
