定粒模拟缫丝中影响生丝纤度偏差的因素

Analysis of Factors to Affect the Size Deviation of Raw Silk in Reeling Simulation of Fixed Number Cocoons

通过计算机模拟缫丝的方法,对定粒缫丝中影响生丝纤度偏差的因素进行分析。结果是配茧方式对偏差的影响最大,其次是茧丝的粒间均方差,然后是定粒正确率。

In this paper, the reeling is simulated by computer programs according to characteristics of raw cocoons and a part of technical conditions,so that the factors can be analysed with respect to affecting the size deviation of raw silk. The result shows that the major factor affecting the size deviation is the way of posting three color cocoons, the next the size deviation between coccons,and the last the accuracy rate of the fixed number of cocoons.
