摘要
研究了Birnbaum-Saunders疲劳寿命分布产品在序进-恒定应力下加速寿命试验的可靠性统计分析。在刻度参数满足逆幂律模型下,得到了BS疲劳寿命分布产品在序进-恒定应力加速寿命试验下的失效分布,并在此基础上得到了参数的极大似然估计,最后通过Monte-Carlo算例说明了该方法的可行性。
The reliability statistical analysis is studied for the products of Birnbaum-Saunders fatigue life distribution under progressive-constant stress accelerated life test.When the scale parameter satisfies inverse power law model,the failure distribution and maximum likelihood estimations of parameters are obtained for the products of BS fatigue life distribution under progressive-constant stress accelerated life test.Finally,the Monte-Carlo example shows the feasibility of the method is verified through the Monte-Carlo example.
