摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情发生以来,消费者的生活方式随着疫情防控的需求发生了一定的改变,因此其对质量诉求亦随之发生改变。通过分析后疫情时代顾客对质量诉求的变化,研究了常态化疫情防控下全面质量管理的新动态、新方向,剖析了后疫情时代全面质量管理的内涵,探索了符合常态化防疫下全面质量管理的发展路径。
Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic,consumers’lifestyle changes along with the demand for epidemic prevention and control,and therefore their demands for quality also changes accordingly.By analyzing the changes of customers'quality demands in the post epidemic era,the new trends and new directions of total quality management under normalized epidemic prevention and control are studied,the connotation of total quality management in the post epidemic era is analyzed,and the development path of total quality management in line with normorlized epidemic prevention is explored.
