Multidisciplinary diagnosis of pancreatic pleural fistula:a case report

摘要 胰腺胸膜瘘(pancreatic pleural fistula,PPF)是由胰腺病变引起的少见而严重的并发症,早期多以反复、大量的胸腔积液为主要表现,腹部症状不突出[1];单一学科诊断和治疗较为困难,故易造成诊治延误,多学科会诊能早诊断、早干预,在循证医学兴起的背景下,诊治证据更加充分。
