试论基于知识管理背景下的高职院校师资队伍建设策略

On the Construction Strategy of Teaching Staff in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Knowledge Management

知识管理背景下高职院校师资队伍建设中还面临诸多问题,原有的师资队伍管理依然停留在招聘、培训、考核等事务性工作方面,不注重对师资队伍知识管理的强化,影响了高职院校的长远持续发展。基于此,文章从多方面提出知识管理背景下高职院校师资队伍建设的策略。

Under the background of knowledge management,there are still many problems in the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges.The original management of teaching staff still stays in the aspects of recruitment,training,assessment and other transactional work,and does not pay attention to the strengthening of knowledge management of teachers,which affects the long-term and sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.Based on this,the paper puts forward the strategies of the construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges under the background of knowledge management from many aspects.
