摘要
通过对教师核心素养研究的相关文献进行大量阅读,了解其研究现状。为进一步深化该领域研究提供理论基础,以“教师核心素养”为关键词,查询中国知网中相关文献,对其综述。分析显示,核心素养和学生核心素养得到了教育理论界关注,但是对教师核心素养的研究较少。未来教师核心素养研究可以放在不同学段、不同学科教师核心素养体系构建,解决提升教师核心素养的现存问题,消除制约发展因素等方面。
After reading a lot of relevant literature on the research of teachers’core literacy,we can understand its research status and provide a theoretical basis for further deepening the research in this field.Based on the key words of“teachers’core literacy”,this paper inquired the relevant literature in CNKI and summarized it.The analysis shows that the core literacy and students’core literacy have received much attention in the field of educational theory,but there is little research on teachers’core literacy.In the future,the research on teachers’core literacy can be put into the construction of teachers’core literacy system in different sections and disciplines to improve teachers’core literacy.We will address existing problems and remove constraints on development.
