摘要
随着素质教育理念的提出,高职教师教学工作发生了根本性变化。为响应习近平总书记在全国教育大会上所提出的新时代教育理念,相关部门颁布了以“三全育人”为核心的教育政策,加速我国高职院校教育体系的改革。高职英语教师要立足于社会发展与人才需求的角度,充分发挥自身优势,将“三全育人”的本质渗透到课堂教学中,通过多种形式的教学情境与手段,加强人才培养力度的同时,促进其行为认知、综合能力的多元化的发展,为高职英语教学工作的高质量开展打下坚实基础。
With the concept of quality education,higher vocational teachers’work has undergone fundamental changes.In response to General Secretary Xi Jinping’s education concept of the new era put forward at the national education conference,relevant departments have promulgated the education policy with“Three All-over Education”as the core to accelerate the reform of education system in colleges in China.Based on the perspective of social development and talent demand,English teachers in vocational colleges should give full play to their own advantages,infiltrate the essence of“Three All-over Education”into classroom teaching,strengthen personnel training through various teaching situations and means,and promote the diversified development of their behavioral cognition and comprehensive ability,so as to lay a solid foundation for the development of English teaching in vocational colleges.
