镜像治疗在脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体运动功能康复中的应用进展

Progress in the application of mirror therapy to the rehabilita-tion of limb motor function in stroke patients with hemiplegia

脑卒中后肢体运动功能障碍严重影响患者日常生活。镜像治疗是目前广泛运用的一种新兴康复方法,其可以有效改善脑卒中偏瘫患者上、下肢运动功能。本研究综述镜像治疗的起源与发展、作用机制、治疗方法、及其在脑卒中后肢体运动功能障碍中的运用现状及研究进展等方面,以期为镜像治疗在脑卒中患者中的应用提供参考。

Limb motor dysfunction after stroke seriously affects the daily activities of patients.Mirror therapy is a new and currently widely used rehabilitation method,it can effectively improve the upper and lower limb motor function in stroke patients with hemiplegia.This paper reviewed the origin and development of mirror therapy,its mechanism of action,treatment methods,application status and research progress in limb move-ment dysfunction after stroke,so as to provide some reference for future application of mirror therapy in stroke patients.
