“1+6”护理质控模式在手术室护理管理中的应用

[目的]探讨“1+6”护理质控模式在手术室管理中的应用方法及效果。[方法]2020年1月至2020年10月,河南某医院手术室将“1+6”质控模式应用到护理质量管理中。手术室麻醉医生、外科医生、护士、患者共计200人参与护理工作日常过程动态管理,形成月质量简报,修订成季度服务手册。以改善患者结局为目标,借助问卷星等信息化手段实现质量稽查。各指标专人负责,弥补日常督导盲区,行政主任、护士长全面把握,及时反馈,有效激励,形成全员参与、专项负责、及时反馈的质控模式。[结果]与2019年同期相比,2020年外科手术消毒合格率由88%上升到97%,安全核查率由78%上升到97%,切口标记率由67%上升到91%,术前抗生素正确执行率由76%上升到100%,手术体位摆放合格率由77%上升到92%,手术室仪器设备准备合格率由79%上升到94%,标本差错率由3.45%下降到0.07%,手术患者低体温发生率由1.2%下降到0.01%,术中压力性损伤的发生率由0.78%下降到0.04%,不良事件的发生率由2.21%下降到1.17%。患者满意度由85%上升到98%,医生满意度由73%上升到99%。[结论]在手术室护理质量管理中应用“1+6”质控模式,有利于提升手术室护理质量。

[Objective]To explore "1+6" Application method and effect of "1+6" nursing quality management mode in operating room management.[Methods]From January to October 2020 "1+6" quality control mode will be applied to nursing quality management in the operating room of Henan Hongli Hospital.Operating room anesthesiologists surgeons operating room nurses and patients a total of 200 personnel participated in the dynamic management of the daily process of nursing work formed monthly quality bulletin and revised into quarterly service manual.The objective is to improve the outcome of patients achieve quality inspection with the help of questionnaire star information method and assign special persons to take charge of each indicator to make up for the blind spot of daily supervision.The administrative director and head nurse give me comprehensive feedback and effective incentive so as to form a quality control mode with full participation special supervision and timely feedback.[Results]Compared with the same period in 2019-2020 surgical hand disinfection qualified rate increase from 88%to 97% security check rate from 78% to 97% the incision markup rate increased by 67%to 91%preoperatie antibiotics properly enforced 76%to 100% and the operation position put qualified rate from 77% to 92% surgical instruments and equipment to prepare qualified rate from 79%to 94%the specimen error rate from 3.45% to 0.07% and surgery patients the incidence of low body temperature dropped to 1.2%from 1.17%.Patient satisfaction increased from 85% to 98% and doctor satisfaction increased from 73%to 99%all with statistically significant differences both P<0.05.[Conclusion]The application of 1+6S quality control mode in operating room nursing quality management is beneficial to improve the quality of operating room nursing.
