This paper sums up the main construction practices and achievements of Fengxia Village,a beautiful key provincial demonstration village in Huangshan City.It also illustrates the reasons of its successful construction,which can mainly be attributed to the high participation of villagers,the strong ability and quality of village cadres and the strong leadership of local government.
