依那普利联合依折麦布治疗高血压的效果研究

Study on the effect of enalapril combined with ezetimibe in the treatment of hypertension

目的:探讨依那普利联合依折麦布治疗高血压的效果。方法:2019年1-12月收治高血压患者138例,随机分为两组,各69例。对照组采用依那普利药物治疗,研究组给予依那普利联合依折麦布药物治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、血脂水平及不良反应情况。结果:研究组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及载脂蛋白-B(Apo-B)水平均低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与单一的依那普利药物治疗相比,使用依那普利联合依折麦布治疗高血压的疗效确切,可有效改善患者TC、LDL-C、HDL-C及Apo-B等指标水平,降脂效果明显,且不会增加不良反应的发生。

Objective:To explore the effect of enalapril combined with ezetimibe in the treatment of hypertension.Methods:From January to December 2019,138 patients with hypertension were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 69 cases in each group.The control group was treated with enalapril.The study group was treated with enalapril combined with ezetimibe.The clinical efficacy,blood lipid levels and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and apolipoprotein-B(apo-B)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction of the study group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with a single enalapril drug treatment,the use of enalapril combined with ezetimibe has a definite effect in the treatment of hypertension,which can effectively improve the index levels of TC,LDL-C,HDL-C and apo-B,and has significant lipid-lowering effect without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.
