Furlow腭成形术和两瓣法治疗腭裂患者的临床效果对比

Comparison of clinical effects between Furlow palatoplasty and two flap palatoplasty in the treatment of cleft palate

目的:探讨Furlow腭成形术和两瓣法治疗腭裂患者的临床效果。方法:2015年1月-2019年3月收治腭裂患者68例,随机分为两组,各34例。观察组采用Furlow腭成形术治疗,对照组采用两瓣法治疗。比较两组患者语音改善效果及腭咽闭合情况。结果:观察组术后语音清晰度优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后PSA评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后观察组咽腔深度/软腭长度低于对照组,而矢状位软腭运动闭合程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用Furlow腭成形术治疗腭裂,可以更加有效地改善患者语音功能及腭咽闭合功能。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Furlow palatoplasty and two flap palatoplasty in the treatment of patients with cleft palate.Methods:From January 2015 to March 2019,68 cases of patients with cleft palate were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 34 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Furlow palatoplasty.The control group underwent two flap palatoplasty.The effect of speech improvement and palopharyngeal closure between two groups were compared.Results:The excellent rate of postoperative speech clarity in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference in postoperative PSA score between the two groups(P<0.05).The pharyngeal cavity depth/soft palate length in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after palatoplasty,the degree of closure of the sagittal soft palate was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Furlow palatoplasty in the treatment of cleft palate can effectively improve the patient's voice function and velopharyngeal closure function.
