两步法联合无保护会阴助产应用于待产孕妇的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of two-step method combined with unprotected perineal midwifery in expectant pregnant women

目的:探讨两步法联合无保护会阴助产应用于待产孕妇的效果。方法:2019年1-12月收治待产孕妇65例,随机分为两组。对照组应用常规助产分娩,研究组应用两步法联合无保护会阴助产分娩。比较两组临床效果。结果:研究组产妇各产程时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组咽下综合征发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:两步法联合无保护会阴助产应用于待产孕妇中,可有效缩短产程时间,降低咽下综合征发生率。

Objective:To investigate the effect of two-step method combined with unprotected perineal midwifery in expectant pregnant women.Methods:From January to December 2019,65 cases of expectant pregnant women were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was delivered by routine midwifery.The study group applied two-step method combined with unprotected perineal midwifery.The clinical effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The time of each stages of labor of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of swallowing syndrome in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Two-step method combined with unprotected perineal midwifery in expectant pregnant women can effectively reduce the incidence of swallowing syndrome and shorten the time of each stages of labor.
