美托洛尔对老年高血压性心脏病室性心律失常治疗有效性分析

Effectiveness analysis of metoprolol in the treatment of ventricular arrhythmia in elderly patients with hypertensive heart disease

目的:分析美托洛尔治疗老年高血压性心脏病室性心律失常患者的有效性。方法:2019年10月-2020年10月收治老年高血压性心脏病室性心律失常患者74例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各37例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予美托洛尔治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后舒张压、收缩压及QT离散度(QTd)水平均低于对照组,左心室射血分数水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年高血压性心脏病室性心律失常患者实施美托洛尔治疗,可提高治疗总有效率,改善心功能,安全性良好。

Objective:To analyze the efficacy of metoprolol in the treatment of ventricular arrhythmias in elderly patients with hypertensive heart disease.Methods:From October 2019 to October 2020,74 elderly patients with ventricular arrhythmia due to hypertensive heart disease were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 37 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment.Observation group was given metoprolol on the basis of conventional treatment.The therapeutic effect between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and QT dispersion(QTd)in the observation group were lower than the control group after treatment,and the level of left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Metoprolol therapy in elderly patients with ventricular arrhythmia caused by hypertensive heart disease can improve the total effective rate,improve cardiac function and have good safety.
