摘要 目的:分析麻醉患者体温变化对麻醉后苏醒效果和拔管时间的影响。方法:选取2019年5月-2020年8月手术患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组给予常规术中处理,观察组在常规处理基础上加入术中保温处理。比较两组临床效果。结果:观察组术中鼻咽温度高于对照组,拔管时间及苏醒时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组麻醉优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予麻醉患者术中保温处理的效果十分有效,有助于增加患者术中鼻咽温度,缩短拔管时间,加快患者苏醒,不良反应少,麻醉效果较强。 Objective:To analyze the effect of the body temperature change of anesthetized patients on the recovery effect and extubation time after anesthesia.Methods:From May 2019 to August 2020,80 surgical patients were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine intraoperative treatment.The observation group was treated with intraoperative heat preservation on the basis of routine treatment.We compared the clinical effects of the two groups.Results:The intraoperative nasopharyngeal temperature of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the extubation time and wake-up time were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of anesthesia in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of intraoperative heat preservation for anesthetized patients is very effective,which helps to increase the intraoperative nasopharyngeal temperature,shorten the time of extubation,and speed up the patient's recovery,with fewer adverse reactions and strong anesthesia effects.
