脑囊虫病1例

A case report of cerebral parenchymal cysticercosis

探讨脑囊虫病的临床特点及处理方案,提高非疫区基层医务工作者对该病的认识,加强社区卫生宣传教育工作,减少误诊、误治,做好预防措施,减少同类疾病的发生与流行。报告1例来自高发地区的脑囊虫病病例,探讨其临床特点和治疗方案,总结临床经验。本例患者以继发癫痫症状入院,既往长期头痛,休息后缓解,患者未予足够重视。本次通过影像学检查、手术病理、血清免疫学检查等结合患者既往史明确诊断,并实施相关治疗,患者治疗效果良好。脑囊虫病临床表现复杂多样,多以继发性癫痫表现为主,症状无特异性,非疫区基层医务工作者需要高度重视,并需要加强相关疾病的认识和学习,以减少误诊、漏治等情况发生。

To explore the clinical characteristics and treatment plan of cerebral cysticercosis,improve the understanding of grass-roots medical workers in non-epidemic areas,strengthen community health publicity and education,reduce the misdiagnosis,take preventive measures,and reduce the occurrence and prevalence of similar diseases.A case of cerebral cysticercosis from high incidence area was reported,its clinical characteristics and treatment plan were discussed,and the clinical experience was summarized.The patient with secondary epilepsy hospital in the case,who did not pay enough attention to the previous long-term headache of remission after rest.This time,the diagnosis was confirmed through imaging examination,surgical pathology,serum immunological examination,etc.,combined with the patient's past history,and relevant treatments were implemented.The patient's treatment effect was good.The clinical performance of cerebral cysticercosis is complicated and diverse,mainly with secondary epilepsy,and the symptoms are not specific.Grass-roots medical workers in non-epidemic areas need to pay great attention to it,and they need to strengthen the understanding and learning of related diseases to reduce the occurrence of misdiagnosis and missed treatment.
