慢性肾炎蛋白尿治疗中采用补中益气汤联合盐酸贝那普利的效果分析

Effect analysis of Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with benazepril hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic nephritis with proteinuria

目的:分析补中益气汤联合盐酸贝那普利治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿的效果。方法:收治慢性肾炎蛋白尿患者102例,随机分为两组,各51例。对照组单独使用盐酸贝那普利治疗;试验组给予盐酸贝那普利联合补中益气汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,且复发率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后24 h尿蛋白定量、血尿素氮及血肌酐等肾功能指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取盐酸贝那普利联合补中益气汤治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿的疗效明显,能有效改善患者肾功能指标水平。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with benazepril hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic nephritis with proteinuria.Methods:102 cases of chronic nephritis patients with proteinuria were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with benazepril hydrochloride alone.The experimental group was treated with benazepril hydrochloride combined with Buzhong Yiqi decoction.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of renal function indexes such as 24 h urine protein quantification,blood urea nitrogen and blood creatinine in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Benazepril hydrochloride combined with Buzhong Yiqi decoction is effective in treating chronic nephritis with proteinuria,which can effectively improve the levels of renal function indexes in patients.
