慢性溃疡创面治疗的护理干预对患者满意度的影响评价

Evaluation of the effect of nursing intervention on patients'satisfaction in the treatment of chronic ulcer wound

目的:探究慢性溃疡创面治疗的护理干预对患者满意度的影响。方法:2018年5月-2019年10月收治慢性溃疡患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。观察组给予综合护理干预;对照组给予常规护理干预。比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组溃疡愈合时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性溃疡创面治疗期间给予综合护理干预,可以提高患者满意度,且能够改善患者负面情绪,促进溃疡早期愈合。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention on patients'satisfaction in the treatment of chronic ulcer wound.Methods:From May 2018 to October 2019,100 patients with chronic ulcer were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 50 cases in each group.The observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The control group was given conventional nursing intervention.We compared the intervention effects of the two groups.Results:The ulcer healing time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients'satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention during the treatment of chronic ulcer wounds can improve patients'satisfaction,improve patients'negative emotions,and promote early healing of ulcers.
