针对性护理在初产妇产后出血中的应用价值

Application value of targeted nursing in postpartum hemorrhage of primipara

目的:探究针对性护理在初产妇产后出血中的应用价值。方法:2019年5月-2020年7月收治产后出血初产妇64例,随机分为两组,各32例。对照组接受常规护理;观察组给予针对性护理。比较两组产妇血小板计数(PLT)、活化部分凝血酶原时间(aPTT)、出血情况及止血时间。结果:两组产妇PLT和aPTT水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组产妇产后2 h、产后24 h及产后总出血量均低于对照组,止血时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在初产妇产后出血中应用针对性护理,可以获得明显的效果,值得进一步在临床中推广应用。

Objective:To explore the application value of targeted nursing in postpartum hemorrhage of primipara.Methods:From May 2019 to July 2020,64 primiparas with postpartum hemorrhage were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 32 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing.The observation group was given targeted nursing.We compared the platelet count(PLT),activated partial prothrombin time(APTT),bleeding and hemostatic time between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in PLT and APTT between the two groups(P>0.05).In the observation group,postpartum 2 hours,24 hours and total postpartum hemorrhage were significantly lower than the control group,hemostasis time was significantly shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of targeted nursing in primipara postpartum hemorrhage can obtain significant effect,which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
