循证护理在习惯性流产患者妊娠中的应用效果

Evaluation on the effect and efficiency of evidence-based nursing in recurrent miscarriage patients during pregnancy

目的:评价循证护理在习惯性流产患者妊娠中的应用效果及对有效率的影响。方法:2015年1月-2020年5月收治习惯性流产患者1000例,随机分为两组,各500例。对照组实施一般护理;研究组给予循证护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组再次流产发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组干预后焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:予以习惯性流产患者循证护理,可降低再次流产发生率,更好改善患者不良情绪及生活质量。

Objective:To evaluate the application effect of evidence-based nursing in recurrent miscarriage patients during pregnancy and its effect on efficiency.Methods:From January 2015 to May 2020,1000 cases of recurrent miscarriage patients during pregnancy were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 500 cases in each group.The control group performed general nursing.The study group received evidence-based nursing.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:The re-abortion rate in the study group was lower than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The anxiety and depression scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group after intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing for patients with recurrent miscarriage can reduce the rate of re-abortion and better improve the patients'bad mood and quality of life.
