柔红霉素治疗小儿急性白血病心脏毒性的观察及护理

Observation and nursing of Daunorubicin in treatment of the cardiotoxicity of children with acute leukemia

目的:分析柔红霉素治疗小儿急性白血病心脏毒性的效果及护理方法。方法:2019年2月-2020年6月收治急性白血病患儿34例,采用随机数字表法分为两组。两组患儿均接受柔红霉素治疗,试验组接受综合护理干预,对照组接受常规护理。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组心肌损害发生率及不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组干预后血清H2S水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在急性白血病患儿接受柔红霉素治疗期间应警惕心脏毒性发生,临床上采用综合护理方法有助于降低心脏毒性发生率,提高家属满意度,降低不良反应发生率,是一种科学护理方案。

Objective:To analyze the effect and the nursing methods of daunorubicin in the treatment of the cardiotoxicity of children with acute leukemia.Methods:From February 2019 to June 2020,34 children with acute leukemia were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.Both groups were treated with daunorubicin.The experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The control group received conventional nursing.The therapeutic effect between the two groups was compared.Results:The incidence of myocardial damage and adverse reactions in the experimental group were lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum H2S level of the experimental group was lower than the control group after intervention,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Children with acute leukemia receiving daunorubicin treatment should be alert to the occurrence of cardiotoxicity,clinical use of comprehensive nursing method is helpful to reduce the incidence of cardiotoxicity,improve the family satisfaction,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,is a scientific nursing plan.
