郯城县高中学生高尿酸血症与内脏脂肪指数的相关性研究

Correlation between hyperuricemia and visceral fat index in high school students of Tancheng County

目的:探讨郯城县高中学生高尿酸血症的患病率及其与内脏脂肪指数(VAI)的相关性。方法:筛选郯城县第一中学的430例高中学生作为研究对象,使用人体成分分析仪测量VAI,采用全自动生化仪测定空腹血糖、血脂、血尿酸、肝功能及肾功能,按照VAI四分位数水平分为Q1组、Q2组、Q3组和Q4组,计算各组高尿酸血症患病率,并分析高尿酸血症与VAI的相关性。结果:血尿酸平均浓度为(356.88±95.92)μmol/L,高尿酸血症患病率为31.63%;男生血尿酸平均浓度为(397.66±88.15)μmol/L,患病率为35.50%;女生血尿酸平均浓度为(309.54±81.96)μmol/L,患病率为27.14%。Q1组、Q2组、Q3组和Q4组高尿酸血症患病率分别为0、22.41%、43.00%、76.92%。血尿酸水平与性别、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)呈负相关(P<0.05),与年龄、体质指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FPG)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、VAI、平均收缩压(MSBP)呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:郯城县高中学生高尿酸血症患病率较高,且高尿酸血症与VAI有明显的相关性。

Objective:To explore the correlation between hyperuricemia(HUA)and visceral fat index(VAI)in high school students of Tancheng County.Methods:A total of 430 high school students from Tancheng No.1 middle school were selected as the research objects,VAI was measured by body composition analyzer,fasting blood glucose,blood lipid,serum uric acid,liver function and renal function were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer,according to the quartile level of VAI,they were divided into Q1,Q2,Q3 and Q4 groups,we calculated the prevalence of HUA and analyzed the correlation between HUA and VAI.Results:The average serum uric acid concentration of all subjects was(356.88±95.92)μmol/L,the prevalence of HUA was 31.63%.The mean concentration of uric acid in male blood was(397.66±88.15)μmol/L,the prevalence rate was 35.50%.The mean concentration of uric acid in female blood was(309.54±81.96)μmol/L,the prevalence rate was 27.14%.The prevalence of HUA in Q1,Q2,Q3 and Q4 groups was 0%,22.41%,43.00%and 76.92%respectively.The level of serum uric acid was negatively correlated with gender and HDL-C(P<0.05),and positively correlated with age,BMI,FPG,TC,TG,LDL-C,VAI and MSBP(P<0.05).Conclusion:The prevalence of HUA among high school students in Tancheng County is high.HUA is significantly correlated with VAI.
