社区卫生服务在慢性非传染性疾病防治中的作用

The role of community health service in the prevention and treatment of chronic non communicable diseases

目的:探究慢性病防治中社区卫生服务的作用。方法:选取2019年8月-2020年8月社区慢性病患者80例,根据患者分布范围分为两组。对照组给予不规范治疗;研究组给予社区系统管理治疗。比较两组患者临床转归情况和满意度。结果:研究组慢性病控制率高于对照组,且并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者对社区卫生服务的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在慢性病防治工作中,社区卫生服务具有重要的作用,可明显提高疾病控制率,同时有利于提高患者满意度。

Objective:To explore the role of community health services in the prevention and treatment of chronic non communicable diseases.Methods:From August 2019 to August 2020,80 patients with chronic non communicable diseases in the community were selected and divided into two groups according to the distribution range of patients.The control group was given nonstandard treatment.The study group was given community system management treatment.We compared the clinical outcomes and satisfaction of the two groups.Results:In the study group,the chronic disease control rate was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,patients'satisfaction with community health services was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the prevention and treatment of chronic non communicable diseases,community health service plays an important role,which can not only significantly improve the disease control rate,but also help to improve patient satisfaction.
