摘要 习近平关于素质教育的重要论述是其新时代中国特色社会主义教育理论体系的核心内容,也是其论述教育改革发展的一贯的理论主题。它经历了“新素质”实践之思、素质教育观念形成和素质教育论述体系化等阶段。从实践到理论,从侧面到系统,形成了素质教育的基本内涵、发展任务与核心地位等主体要素,创造性地与教书育人、立德树人有机地融合起来,深刻地回答了“培养什么样人、怎样培养人”这一教育的根本问题,从而形成具有鲜明中国特色的素质教育新理念新观点,为新时代中国特色社会主义教育事业和教育学的发展提供了理论基础和行动指南。 Xi Jinping’s important exposition on quality education is the core content of the socialist educational theory system with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and is also the consistent theoretical theme of China’s education reform and development.It has gone through the stages of thinking about the practice of“new quality”,the formation of the concept of quality education and the systematization of the exposition of quality education.From practice to theory,from the side to the system,the main elements of quality education,such as the basic connotation,development task and core position,are formed,which are creatively integrated with teaching and educating people,and moral education.They profoundly answer the fundamental question of“what kind of people to cultivate and how to cultivate people”,so as to form a new concept and viewpoint of quality education with distinctive Chinese characteristics,which provides a theoretical basis and action guide for the development of socialist education and pedagogy with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
