塔式光热电站熔盐储热罐的设计分析

摘要 在塔式熔盐光热发电系统中,储热系统是保证电能连续稳定输出的关键,而熔盐储罐又是储热系统的核心部件。文章以国内西部某50 MW塔式熔盐光热电站为例,对其储热系统中的冷热储罐进行结构设计,并对所设计的熔盐储罐进行模拟分析,以此验证储罐的结构设计满足实际应用的安全要求。 In the tower solar thermal power generation system,the heat storage system is the key to ensure the continuous and stable output of electric energy,and the molten salt storage tank is the core component of the heat storage system.Taking a 50 MW tower solar thermal power station in the west of China as an example,by designing the structure of the hot and cold storage tanks in its heat storage system,and carrying out the simulation analysis on the designed molten salt storage tank,so as to verify that the structure design of the storage tank meets the safety requirements of practical application.
