摘要
现阶段,我国地下电缆的故障监测反馈及排除效率处于较低水平,大多仍采用人工巡查方式对电缆故障进行排查,难以做到电缆的实时监测和反馈。本文基于NB-IoT通讯技术信号覆盖广、穿透力强的优点,设计应用了多传感器的电缆在线监测装置,实现了对温度、光线和震动等信号的实时监测。通过在杭州多地进行现场实测并分析监测数据可知,该监测装置可使故障误报率降低为2%,进而使故障反应时间和故障排除时间分别降低为5 min和25 min。因此,使用该装置可有效提高地下电缆故障的反馈和排除效率。
At present,the efficiency of fault monitoring,feedback and elimination of underground cables in China is at a low level,and most of them still use manual inspection to check the cable faults,so it is difficult to achieve real-time monitoring and feedback of cables.Based on the advantages of Nb IOT communication technology,such as wide signal coverage and strong penetration,a multisensor cable on-line monitoring device is designed and applied to realize the real-time monitoring of temperature,light,vibration and other signals.Through field measurement and monitoring data analysis in Hangzhou,it can be seen that the monitoring device can reduce the fault false alarm rate to 2%,and then reduce the fault response time and troubleshooting time to 5 minutes and 25 minutes respectively.Therefore,the use of the device can effectively improve the feedback and troubleshooting efficiency of underground cable fault.
