浅谈1000MW超超临界汽轮机高调阀节能优化运行

摘要 为适应电力现货市场交易,对1000MW超超临界机组主汽压进行优化和汽轮机高调阀阀序进行节能优化,实现顺序阀下高调阀最佳运行方式,达到了可调度负荷段汽轮机热耗的明显下降,取得机组电力交易竞价成本的优势。同时主汽压和高调阀阀序的改变为机组运行带来新的变化,运行人员应根据变化及时调整。 In order to adapt to the spot market transaction of electric power,the main steam pressure of 1000 MW ultrasupercritical unit and the energy saving optimization of steam turbine high-adjusting valve sequence are carried out to realize the best operation mode of high-adjusting valve under sequence valve.It achieves the obvious decrease of steam turbine heat consumption and the advantage of unit power transaction bidding cost.At the same time,the change of main steam pressure and high profile valve sequence brings new changes to the operation of the unit,and the operator should adjust it in time according to the change.
