某燃煤电厂储煤仓雷达料位计装置的应用研究

电厂储煤仓作为锅炉燃料系统的中间储备,其料位的准确测量非常重要,关系到锅炉燃烧系统的安全、稳定运行。储煤仓料位计受测量环境的影响较大,如何准确测量一直是个难点。文章结合某燃煤电厂330 MW机组储煤仓料位计改造情况,详细介绍了从设备选型到实际安装过程以及使用中的故障排查。

As the intermediate reserve of the boiler fuel system,the accurate measurement of the material level in the coal bunker of power plant is very important,which is related to the safe and stable operation of the boiler combustion system.The coal bunker level meter is greatly affected by the measurement environment,so how to measure accurately is always a difficult problem.In this paper,combined with a coal-fired power plant 330 MW unit coal bunker level meter transformation,detailed from the equipment selection to the actual installation process and the use of the process of troubleshooting.
