人工智能设计不是价值中立的,它蕴涵了设计者价值,社会价值也会影响人工智能技术设计的发展,人工智能技术促进了社会价值的变迁。对于人工智能合乎伦理设计有不同的研究进路,有的诉诸理论反思制定人工智能规范,有的诉诸设计者的价值敏感性,有的学者从人工智能机器具有伦理调节功能视角去分析,最后尝试从人工智能设计者的价值敏感性,从人工智能设计的职业伦理规范去约束设计者的行为,从设计的人工智能机器的安全性、透明性等视角来分析人工智能合乎伦理设计的路径。

Artificial Intelligence(AI)design is not value-neutral and it contains the value of designers’.Social value can affect the development of AI technology design and AI technology design can promote changes of social value.There are different research approaches to the ethical design of AI.Some scholars focus on theoretical reflection and formulation of AI norms,some probe into the value sensitivity of designers,and other scholars analyze from the perspective of the ethical adjustment function of artificial intelligencemachines.The paper attempts to restrict the behavior of the designers’from the value sensitivity and the professional ethics of AI design.meanwhile,it analyzes the path of ethical design of AI from the perspective of safety and transparency of designing AImachine.
