摘要
数字化时代,微观和宏观人才管理面临深度转型。本文在系统分析数字化时代微观人才管理新趋势、宏观人才工作数字化转型的可能性及浙江人才工作数智治理实践的基础上,对人才工作数字化转型进行展望,即以数字化推进人才治理决策科学化、人才服务的全周期全渠道智能化、人才服务和治理一体化。
In the digital age,talent management at both micro and macro levels is facing profound transformation.This article analyses the new trends of micro talent management,the possibility of digital transformation at macro level and the practices of smart governance of talent work in Zhejiang Province.And on this basis,it brings an outlook on the digital transformation of talent work,which proceed to the scientific decision-making,the intelligent talent service and the integration of them.
