产学研协同的人工智能人才培养模式研究 被引量:4

摘要 人工智能(AI)不断向各个领域渗透,产业规模持续增加。2013年以来,许多国家已将人工智能纳入社会发展战略中,并上升至国家战略层面,人工智能人才的培养和争夺已逐渐成为国际竞争焦点。我国人工智能产业规模增长迅速,但人工智能人才整体缺口较大,高端人才和复合型人才短缺,亟需加大人工智能人才培养力度。鉴于人工智能技术具有较强的学科交互性,并且与产业应用密切相关,所以产学研协同的人工智能人才培养模式是相对有效的。本研究分析和归纳了发达国家在人工智能人才发展中的政策支持和典型特点,根据我国人工智能产业的发展特点,提出基于人才流动、目标成果和共建基地三种产学研协同培养AI人才的模式,并构建了我国产学研协同培养AI人才的路径模型,做到既控制风险,又提升人才培养质量。 Artificial intelligence(AI)continues to penetrate into various fields,and the scale of the AI industry continues to increase.Since 2013,many countries have incorporated artificial intelligence into their social development strategies and have risen it to the national strategic level.The training and competition for artificial intelligence talents has gradually become an international competition focus.China’s AI industry is growing rapidly,but the shortage of AI talents,especially high-level and compound talents,is the significant gap.Thus,it is urgent to increase the training of artificial intelligence talents.Given that the AI technology has strong disciplinary interaction and is closely related to industrial applications,the industry-university-research collaboration to train AI talnets is relatively effective.This paper analyzes and summarizes the policy support and typical characteristics of developed countries in the development of artificial intelligence talents.According to the development characteristics of China’s AI industry,it proposes three kinds of industry-university-research cooperative training of AI talents based on talent flow,based on target achievements and joint construction of bases.This model has built a path model for the collaborative training of AI talents by domestic universities and research institutes,which not only controls risks,but also improves the quality of talent training.
