“一带一路”沿线国家的贸易便利化水平研究

Research on the Level of Trade Facilitation of Countries along the “Belt and Road”

在当前贸易保护主义重新抬头的背景下,借助贸易便利化水平是促进各国贸易平稳发展的重要举措。文章根据《全球竞争力报告》选取了“一带一路”沿线30个国家2013—2017年的数据,构建贸易便利化水平的测评指标体系。结果显示贸易便利化总体水平在“一带一路”沿线国家间存在着显著差异,区域不均衡状况明显。

In the context of the current resurgence of trade protectionism,relying on the level of trade facilitation is an important measure to promote the stable development of trade in various countries.Based on the“Global Competitiveness Report”,the article selects the data of 30 countries along the“Belt and Road”from 2013 to 2017 to construct an evaluation index system for the level of trade facilitation.The results show that the overall level of trade facilitation is significantly different among countries along the“Belt and Road”,and the regional imbalance is obvious.
