瓦努阿图共和国旅游业结构优化研究

摘要 南太平洋地区的瓦努阿图共和国已成为一个越来越受世界游客欢迎的旅游目的地,但目前全国的旅游消费结构中核心构成是以住宿、交通、餐饮为主的基础要素,作为旅游增值消费要素的购物、游览、娱乐占比很低,亟须提高旅游效益和品质。我们的考察和研究表明,瓦努阿图在发展旅游业中应最大限度地保护、利用当地的文化多样性和文化遗产,把多维度开发特色文化旅游产品作为发展旅游业的关键和突破口,建设瓦努阿图特色文化旅游商业街,开发以美食旅游为主题的文化旅游系列产品,打造瓦努阿图特色旅游纪念品品牌,设计以“慢旅游”为核心的瓦努阿图特色民宿体验。通过提升本国文化影响力和现代服务业水平,大幅优化国家旅游消费结构,实现国家旅游业发展与土著社区及其经济文化发展相互促进、共赢共荣。 The Republic of Vanuatu has become an increasingly popular tourist destination in the South Pacific region.However,the core component of the current national tourism consumption structure is based on basic elements,such as accommodation,transportation and catering.In the country,as tourism value-added consumption elements,shopping,sightseeing and entertainment account for a very low proportion,and there is an urgent need to improve the tourism efficiency and quality.Based on the author’s investigation and research,Vanuatu should maximally preserve and utilize local cultural diversity and cultural heritage in the development of tourism,take the multi-dimensional development of characteristic cultural tourism products as a breakthrough in the development of tourism,build Vanuatu’s characteristic cultural tourism commercial streets,develop a series of cultural tourism products with the theme of food tourism,create Vanuatu characteristic tourist souvenir brands,design characteristic homestay experience with‘slow travel’as the core,enhance the country's cultural influence and modern service industry level,greatly optimize the national tourism consumption structure,and achieve mutual promotion,win-win and common prosperity between the development of national tourism and the development of indigenous communities and their economic culture.
