Perspectives on Financial Supervision of Ant Group's Suspension of Listing

随着金融服务与科技的深度融合,以蚂蚁集团为代表的金融科技公司开始兴起。这些金融科技企业在帮助解决金融服务最后一公里问题的同时给传统金融体系带来了风险,也给现行的金融监管范式带来了挑战和创新空间。本文以蚂蚁集团暂缓上市为例,整理了蚂蚁集团数字金融科技平台业务模式,分析了蚂蚁集团上市暴露的金融风险,结合国外金融监管创新的启示,为我国建立新的金融监管机制,完善监管框架、创新监管工具和发展监管技术提出对策建议。

With the deep integration of financial services and technology,financial technology companies represented by Ant Group have begun to emerge.While helping to solve the last mile problem of financial services,these financial technology companies have brought risks to the traditional financial system,and also brought challenges and room for innovation to the current financial regulatory paradigm.This article takes Ant Group’s suspension of listing as an example,sorts out the business model of Ant Group’s digital financial technology platform,analyzes the financial risks exposed by Ant Group’s listing,and combines the inspiration of foreign financial regulatory innovations to establish a new financial regulatory mechanism for my country to improve the regulatory framework,Innovate regulatory tools and develop regulatory technologies to provide countermeasures and suggestions.
