摘要
围绕影响底横轴同轴度的相关工序过程和因素,结合实际监造过程经验,对底横轴翻板闸门制造过程中的监造工作重点和关键点进行梳理、分析。从设备监造工作角度,对底横轴驱动系统各部件(底横轴、支铰座、支铰轴承、穿墙装置等)的生产过程、翻板闸门厂内整体预组装、工地现场整体拼焊等主要工序过程中应控制的重点和关键点逐项分析,为设备监造过程的工序质量控制提供一种思路,以期为其他底横轴翻板闸门设备监造工作提供借鉴。
This article focuses on the relevant processes and factors that affect the coaxiality of the bottom horizontal axis,combined with the actual supervision process experience,sorts out and analyze the focus and key points of the supervision during the manufacturing process of the bottom horizontal axis flap gate.From the perspective of equipment supervision,the production process of each component of the bottom horizontal axis drive system(bottom horizontal axis,hinge seat,hinge bearing,wall through device,etc.),the overall pre-assembly of the flap gate in factory and the overall assembly on site,focus and key points that should be controlled in the main procedure such as welding are analyzed item by item.It gives quality control a way of thinking during production of the equipment,also provide references for the supervision of other bottom horizontal axis flap gate equipment.
