本文介绍了天然气管道减阻内涂层在国外的应用历史及我国的推广应用现状,概述减阻内涂层对天然气长输管道的意义,在应用中需具有的特性。着重针对环氧树脂内涂层在生产过程中的质量控制重点结合现场经验进行阐述,提出一些具体的量化指标,以期对类似项目的生产起到借鉴作用。

This paper introduces the foreign application history of inner drag reducing coating for natural gas pipeline and its popularization and application status in China,summarizes the significance of inner drag reducing coating for long-distance natural gas pipeline,the characteristics of inner drag reducing coating in application,focuses on the quality control of inner drag reducing epoxy coating in the production process,combines with the field experience,and puts forward some specific quantitative indexes to play a reference role in the production of similar projects.
