摘要
在连接强度高、不常拆卸的连接件中,过盈配合使用较多。低温冷冻安装常应用于过盈配合安装场合。某核电站反应堆需安装直径24mm~25mm,过盈0.001mm~0.02mm的定位销。通过深入分析该定位销安装中冷冻收缩量、冷冻剂选用、工件尺寸变化等关键参数后,对安装工艺进行优化及总结。
Interference fit is widely used in connection parts with high connection strength and infrequent disassembly.Low temperature freezing installation is often used in interference fit installation.A nuclear power plant reactor needs to be installed Φ 24 mm-25 mm,interference 0.001 mm-0.02 mm.Through in-depth analysis of the key parameters such as freezing shrinkage,refrigerant selection and workpiece size change,the installation process is optimized and summarized.
