This paper introduces the standard,requirement and process of the closed loop control through the case of the closed loop control of ball separator.Ball separator is one of the key components of wind power bearing,in its manufacturing process,there are many and complex factors affecting the strength and quality.In order to ensure that the product is delivered without hidden danger and installed without risk,the closed loop control is adopted in its manufacturing process.The closed loop control has become one of the effective means to solve the quality problems and improve the quality management ability.
