紧密型医联体建设体系研究

Study on the construction system of compact medical confederacy

对我国医联体建设体系进行梳理与分析,了解紧密型医联体建设成效及存在的问题,为后续完善紧密型医联体建设提供科学依据。以江苏省人民医院浦口分院为例,从医院运行情况、人才队伍建设、科研教学和学科发展等方面进行分析比较。结果显示,医院各方面指标均取得增长,基层医疗机构的医疗服务水平得到提升,群众对基层医疗卫生机构的信任度和满意度逐步提升。基于现代医院管理制度视角,提出加强紧密型医联体体系内涵建设,信息化互联、同质化管理、院区化融合等建议,对紧密型医联体建设具有重要意义。

This study was aimed to sort out and analyze the construction system of medical unions in China,understand the effectiveness and existing problems of the construction of intensive medical unions,and provide scientific basis for the subsequent improvement of the construction of intensive medical unions.Taking the Pukou Branch of Jiangsu People’s Hospital as an example,this study analyzed and made comparison from the aspects of hospital operation,talent team construction,scientific research and teaching and discipline development.The value of all hospital indicators increased,the medical service quality of the primary health care institution improved,and the residents’trust and satisfaction on the primary health care institutions gradually improved.Based on the perspective of modern hospital management system,this study put forward some suggestions on strengthening the connotation construction of the intensive medical union system,the information interconnection,the homogenized management,and the hospital⁃district integration,which are of great significance to the construction of intensive medical unions.
