TBL教学法是一种倡导以团队协作为基础,将教师讲授与学生分组讨论相结合的教学方法,对提高医学生临床能力与综合素质起到了很好的推动作用。文章分析了肾内科疾病的特点及规培教学的难点,提出了TBL教学法在肾内科规培肾病理教学中的具体实施方案,总结了TBL教学法的优势,为该教学法在规培教学中的应用提供了参考。

TBL teaching method is a teaching method based on team cooperation,which combines teachers’ teaching and students’ group discussion.It plays a good role in promoting the clinical ability and comprehensive quality of medical students.This paper analyzes the characteristics of kidney diseases and the difficulties of residential training teaching,puts forward the specific implementation plan of TBL teaching method in renal pathology teaching of residents,summarizes the advantages of TBL teaching method and provides a reference for the application of this teaching method in residential training teaching.
