坐蹲位检查机诊断痔520例临床效果分析

Clinical Analysis on 520 Hemorrhoidal Patients Inspected by Self-developed Sitz-Squatting Inspection Apparatus

为探讨应用坐蹲位检查机诊断痔的临床效果,回顾性分析本院应用坐蹲位检查机检查并行手术治疗的520例痔患者临床资料。每例患者检查结束后,以面对面问卷调查的方式完成满意度调查表。治疗结束后,依据手术和病理检查结果,对比坐蹲位检查机检查的准确率。结果显示,痔坐蹲位检查患者满意度为98.08%。共检查出外痔87例,内痔378例,混合痔55例。与手术结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与病理检查结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结果表明,患者能够接受坐蹲位检查机检查,且满意度较高。该检查能基本明确诊断痔病,与手术和病理检查结果相符合,在痔的临床诊断中具有很大意义。

In order to investigate the clinical efficacy of self-developed sitz-squatting inspection apparatus in inspecting(diagnosing)hemorrhoids,authors reviewed and analysed the clinical data of 520patients inspected and to be subject to surgery in author's hospital who received questionnave surgery about satisfactory degree face to face after inspection;after treatment,the inspection accuracy rate was compared with the results of operation and pathological exam.As results,the inspected results were following as 87cases in external hemorrhoids,378in internal one,55in mixed one which had no statistical difference with operating results,and pathological exam.results(all,P>0.05);patients'satisfactory degree was 98.08%.Results show that patients have higher satisfactory degree to receive this apparatus for inspecting hemorrhoids,which basically confirm diagnosis of hemorrhoids in accordance with operating and pathological exam.results,thus has important clinical diagnostic significance.
