改良外剥内扎术治疗女性混合痔60例疗效观察

Clinical Observation on 60 Cases of Female Mixed Hemorrhoids Treated by Modified External Dissection&Internal Ligation

为探讨改良外剥内扎术治疗女性混合痔的临床疗效,选取女性混合痔患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组在行传统外剥内扎术时,对会阴侧扇形外痔做“Y”形切口;对照组行传统外剥内扎术,会阴侧扇形外痔弧形切除缝合。比较两组疗效,愈合时间,水肿和疼痛等并发症。结果显示,治疗后,观察组治愈率高于对照组(P<0.05);术后疼痛和肛缘水肿情况优于对照组(P<0.05);尿潴留和痔核残留发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,采用改良外剥内扎术治疗女性混合痔安全有效,能降低术后疼痛、水肿等并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。

In order to explore the clinical effect of modified external dissection&internal ligation in the treatment of female mixed hemorrhoids,60cases of female mixed hemorrhoids were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.In the observation group,Y-shaped incision was made for the fan-shaped external hemorrhoids on the perineal side during the traditional external dissection&internal ligation;The control group was treated with traditional external dissection&internal ligation,resection and suture of fan-shaped external hemorrhoids,then the curative effect,healing time,edema and pain were compared between the two groups.As results,after treatment,the cure rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The postoperative pain and perianal edema in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of retention of urine and hemorrhoids remained were lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The results show that the modified external dissection&internal ligation is safe and effective in the treatment of female mixed hemorrhoids,which can reduce the incidence of postoperative pain,edema and other complications,and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
