中药熏洗坐浴联合银黄解毒促愈汤在老年肛肠病术后的效果观察

Postoperative Efficacy of TCM Fuming-wash Sitz Bath Combined with Yinhuang Jiedu Cuyu Tang on Senior Coloproctological Diseases

为观察中药熏洗坐浴联合银黄解毒促愈汤在老年肛肠病术后的应用效果,将82例老年肛肠病术后患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组在常规治疗的基础上采用中药熏洗坐浴治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合银黄解毒促愈汤口服治疗,比较2组临床疗效、水肿和疼痛评分、临床症状消失时间及创面愈合时间。结果显示,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前2组水肿评分、疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗2个疗程后2组患者疼痛、水肿评分均降低(P<0.05),且观察组评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者临床症状消失时间及创面愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,老年患者肛肠病术后出现疼痛采用中药熏洗坐浴联合银黄解毒促愈汤治疗,效果显著,可以有效促进术后创面愈合、水肿消退,减轻术后疼痛,值得临床推广应用。

This study was to investigate the postoperative efficacy of Yinhuang Jiedu Cuyu Tang(Tang)plus TCM sitz bath fuming-wash on senior coloproctological diseases,randomly divided 82cases underwent surgery for senior coloproctological diseases into control group(41cases,based on control groups'one,added with Tang);then,compared both groups'effect,the score ratings on edema and pian,as well as the time for clinical symptoms disapperaed,and for wound-surface healing.As results,except for pretreatment's ratings on edema and pain having no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05),in total effective rate,in the ratings on edema and pain after 2treatment courses,as well as in the time for clinical symptoms disapeared,and for wound-surface healing observation group was respectively higher,lower(though both groups'ratings were all declined than before treatment),as well as shorter than control group(all,P<0.05).Results show that after surgery adopting TCM fuming-wash sitz bath plus Tang can effectively promote wound-surface healing,edema resolved,and relieve pain,is worthy to be popularized to use clincially.
