肛泰软膏联合肛泰栓在混合痔术后的应用效果观察

Efficacy Observation on Gangtai Salve plus Gangtai Suppository Postoperatively Applied in Mixed hemorrhoids Patients

为观察肛泰软膏联合肛泰栓在混合痔术后的应用效果,将98例混合痔患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组49例。对照组患者术后采用常规治疗联合肛泰栓纳肛,观察组患者在对照组的基础上采用肛泰软膏治疗,比较2组治疗10d的临床疗效、疼痛程度及术后恢复情况。结果显示,观察组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组术后出血停止时间、创面愈合时间、分泌物消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,肛泰软膏联合肛泰栓应用于混合痔术后可减轻患者术后疼痛,有效缩短出血时间和创面愈合时间,疗效显著。

This study was to observe the efficacy of Gangtai Salves(Salve)plus Gangtai Suppository(Supporsitory)applied postoperatively in mixed hemorrhoids patients,randomly divided 98 cases into control group(49 cases,routine treatment combined with suppository)and observation group(49 cases,routine treatment combined with salve plus suppository);then,compared both groups’clinical effect after treatment of 10 days,pain intensity,and postoperative recovered status.As results,in total effective rae,in pain ratings,as well as in the time for postoperatively bleeding stopped,for wound-surface healing,and for secretion dissappeared,observation group was respectively and significantly higher,lower,as well as shorter than control group(all,P<0.05).Results show that Salve plus Suppository postoperatively applied in mixed hemorrhoids patients can relieve their pain,and effectively shorten bleeding time and wound-surface healing time,with significant effect.
